We understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is outlined below.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Free from perfume, odors, makeup, stains, washing, alterations, or damage.

Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Exchanges
We understand that sizing preferences may vary.
If you require a different size or would like to exchange your item for another available style, we will gladly assist, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange:

Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery.

Return the original item in accordance with the return conditions.

Once approved and received, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photographs showing the item and packaging.
After review, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality assurance, hygiene, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces.

Limited-edition products designated as Final Sale.

Items returned outside the return period.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service, as RYMIA cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
RYMIA proudly serves customers worldwide.
For international returns:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for complying with local shipping regulations when returning items.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a defective or incorrect item.
RYMIA reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees resulting from damaged or incomplete returns.
Store Credit
In certain situations, RYMIA may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund.
Store credit:

Has no expiration date unless required by local law.

Can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Is issued electronically and delivered via email.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure will apply.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
